TN-STEP (Student Transformation and Entrepreneurship Program) is a structured program initiative designed to provide college students with real-world business exposure, communication skills, and entrepreneurial experience.
It helps educational institutions to fill the industry gap and increases student’s employability in the market multi-folds.

This is a Tamil Business Club initiative. TN-STEP has its own organizational structure to run the program seamlessly across institutions in Tamilnadu.

Students get real-time business exposure, certification on completion of the assignments and enough visibility to take their career to next level

Institutions who participate in TN-STEP get to be part of a state wide business listing project, enabling students to safely practice entrepreneurship.

Students can participate in this program only through their registered colleges and only if their college is registered. Any student who wish to transform themselves for the betterment are eligible to participate in this program, provided he/she is approved by the coordinator in the institution.

Upon successful completion of the program, students not only receive certification for their work, but also incentives in the bank accounts for the value they added to the businesses through their project.
